Regular Monthly Service Rate and/or Daily Rate

Members will be offered Unlimited Monthly Classes- $27 a month or $5 a class 
A Membership card will be issued for signing into class daily. 
All classes below are offered to all members no matter what location you are in.
If you can’t attend any fitness class at different locations and times to assist in your body transformation especially weight training: Please give me suggestions on what you would like to do, time and day wise….

Classes:
Monday:  Weight Training & HITT @ 7 pm – Tavola Elementary School
Tuesday:  Ab/Leg Band Training or Groove & Move HipHop Steppin @ 7 pm – HEC GYM
Thursday: Line Dancing or Groove & Move HipHop Steppin @ 7 pm – HEC GYM
Saturday:  Ab/Leg Band Training or Groove & Move HipHop Steppin @ 7 pm – Tavola Elementary School

HIIT/Tabata Mobile Instructor

HIIT/Tabata consists of a cardio workout that involves short, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. HIIT/Tabata sessions can include a variety of exercises, such as running, cycling, rowing, jumping rope, lunges, and burpees. The goal is to increase your heart rate to at least 80% of your maximum for a set period.

Xtreme Hip Hop Steppin' (Mobile Instructor)

Improves cardiovascular, and muscular endurance, and bone density prevents osteoporosis. Step exercising also improves mobility and range of motion, posture, and stabilization along with coordination and agility. While doing Hip Hop Steppin, it will assist with caloric expenditures, weight management, and weight loss.  We will bring the steps ( make capacity is 16 people) #xtremehiphopwithphil

Body Transformation Challenge

Boot camp training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines

Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

 We help clients identify their goals and set short and long-term plans. Design programs to create exercises and fitness programs tailored to each client's needs. Lead clients through workouts, by demonstrating and explaining how to perform exercises and routines.  Educates and motivates clients to help them stay on track and reach their goals safely and effectively. Enforces safety rules and regulations, and ensures clients use equipment properly. Finally gives guidance on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
